• Speakers and Loud Music:
  To preserve the serene ambiance, personal speakers and loud music are not allowed. We provide carefully curated background music to enhance your relaxation experience.
• Smoking:
  Smoking is not permitted in the pool area to maintain a clean and fresh environment for all guests.

Reservation & Guarantee Policy

• No room is included. Reservation is required to secure your Day Pass. Applies daily and is subject to availability.
• Blackout dates:
  Not available from April 13–19, 2025; June 24–July 9, 2025; and December 25, 2025–January 2, 2026.
• No last-minute reservations are accepted.
• An advance payment is required to confirm the reservation at least one week in advance through a payment link, deposit, or bank transfer.
• No refunds apply for cancellations or no-shows.

Children Policy:

• Children 0–3 years: Free
• Children 4–11 years: $38 + taxes (13%)
• 12 years and older: Adult rate
