Set within the rainforest, the resort’s natural hot springs range from 83°F to 104°F and offer a relaxing, mineral-rich soaking experience surrounded by waterfalls and breathtaking volcano views.

The Day Pass provides full access to the resort’s stunning hot springs and thermal pools, allowing guests the freedom to come and go throughout the day at their convenience. The rate is $125 + 13% taxes per adult, applicable to both adults and children from 3 to 12 years old.

While meals are not included, guests are invited to indulge in the resort’s exceptional on-site restaurants and bars, with food and beverages available for purchase directly at each venue, enhancing the experience with optional culinary delights throughout the day.

• Your Own Alcohol and Food: Bringing your own alcohol or food to the pool lounge is not permitted. The hotel offers a wide selection of gourmet food and premium beverages for your enjoyment.

• Animals: Pets and other animals are not allowed in the pool lounge to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests.

• Speakers with Music: To preserve the serene ambiance, the use of personal speakers with music is not allowed. We provide carefully curated background music to enhance your relaxation experience.

• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the pool lounge area to ensure a clean and fresh environment for all guests.

Reservation Policy

• Please note that during peak seasons, the Day Pass is not available for external visitors on the following dates: February 14 – February 21, 2026 / March 07 – April 10, 2026/ December 18, 2026 – January 05, 2027
• No last-minute reservations are accepted.
• The rate is non-refundable in case of cancellations or no-shows.
• An advance payment is required at least 7 days prior to the reservation date to confirm the booking. Payment can be made via payment link, bank deposit, or bank transfer.
• Availability is subject to the hotel’s schedule.
