What Is a Shared Ground Transfer?

A shared ground transfer is a shuttle service where you travel with other passengers heading to the same region or route.

POLICIES & CONDITIONS

Cancellations, Modifications & no-shows

Cancellations up to 72 hours before the service are free of charge.
After this period, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Route or date changes made less than 48 hours before departure will be charged 100% of the service.
If the passenger does not arrive at the specified place and time indicated in the service confirmation, the full amount (100%) will be charged as a No Show.
The driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed time.
After 10 minutes, the passenger is considered No Show, and the 100% fee applies

Rest & Connection Stops

All shared transfers include at least one 25-minute stop for passengers and the driver.
This stop may also serve as a connection point or vehicle change, when required.
